No. The rail on the G32 is too short to accommodate the MG9

Will this work on a Glock 43x magazine?

Technically no since the G43X mag is smaller than standard Glock mags so it isn't held inside the magwell. However, I use it with my G43X. I made it work by applying a bit of heat with a lighter to the pieces that grip the mag and I pressed them inward to tighten the grip. It's not perfectly snug but it holds my mag well and has been for the last 4 months with daily use.

It won't. You would need a picatinny rail. You can add a pic rail to your weapon with the Recover OR19 over rail. And then MG9 will fit.
