What size is the allen wrench?

The allen wrench would be 3/32" or 2.5 MM.

What is the size of the screw for the MCH charging handle? The one supplied with my handle does not even extend completely through the nut. The handle appears to be secured by the engagement of 1 or 2 threads of the screw and nut. I need the size of the screw so I can order one of the proper length.

I bought 1/8 of inch longer screws and woked fine.
