No, this is not compatible with P99 Gen 1.
Will this fit the rail of an SP2340?
We haven’t tested it with that specific model and we can't confirm compatibility. If we release a compatible version in the future, we’ll be sure to notify our mailing list.
Is the ZR65 adapter available in other colors than black, specifically, in Coyote Tan color?
No, the ZR65 is only available in Black.

I have this on on the P365XL with an Olight Valkyrie PL Mini 2. Do you have a hybrid holster (3 o'clock carry) suggestion? All kydex is just not as comfortable. If not any other right side carry options ? Thanks I love this product

It won't and would also be unnecessary since the P365 MacroX has a pic rail built-in which means it's already compatible with pic rail accessories like the Olight Baldr Mini.

I bought this for what would be considered an "off label use". I bought the SigP365X because it was small enough for a good concealed carry gun but found that the design was so "compact " that I had difficulty using my left thumb to brace the gun while shooting for stability. This add on works PERFECTLY AS A THUMB BRACE! I have no intention of using it to attach a laser or light on it.

Went to the range yesterday with my Sig 365 XL with the adapter rail attached with a Streamlight TLR-8G and it works great. The only negative comment I can make and it has nothing at all to do with the adapter rail is if you try to find a leather holster to fit this setup it is very, very difficult to find. Kydex is about the only one you can find to fit. However this is still a great product to mount a light or laser or both.

I’m amazed at how well this fits. With just the adapter on, the appearance of the gun is unchanged. Looks like it came from the factory that way. My Olight mini weapon light fits securely. Haven’t taken it to the range yet.

Well made, perfect fit. As others have said, it allows for an override of the OEM rail to attach my light/laser of choice. Be sure to pick up a spare set of mounting hardware- you will lose the retaining nut at some point!
