Adding the Recover rail does slightly increase the width, which may lead to fitment issues with your holster.

There appears to be more than one model that fits this description so I can't say for sure but if it is a full-size single stack 1911 and has no built-in rail, it should fit. (Feel free to try and return if it does not fit as per our money back guarantee)

There are multiple versions of this gun so it depends which. CC3H will fit any of the full-size ones. CC3C will fit any of the compact models.

Are these cut for clearance for a Wilson Combat magwell?

Yep one question my grips on my 1911 tisas are gunn grips, so my grip is thin . Does this recover make the grip wider or you know a bigger grip?

Sig makes a number of models. If it is a full size and does not have a rail, it will fit. If you aren't sure, you can check these measurements. If they match, it will fit.
