Yes, you will need to remove the TLR from the pistol when installing it into the S-Pro. You can mount the TLR as an accessory on the chassis, either on the side rail or underneath, if you do not plan to use a mag pouch or vertical grip.

Just got the S-Pro kit for the PDP. Love the whole kit. Though question I have the front shroud attached to it it won’t have enough space for a suppressor. Is it possible to have a wider shroud for a suppressor? Do you sell the front shrouds separately as an extra? I’ve a spectre suppressor and it won’t fit. Trying to find a solution.
