In some instances as stated on our website, RECOVERTACTICAL.com will fix or replace a product at no extra cost to You other than shipping and handling should the product become damaged in the course of normal use or as a result of a manufacturer’s defect and not through any fault, misuse or negligence on Your part.

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any delay or default in performance where caused by any circumstance beyond its reasonable control including, by way of example, but not limited to, any act of God, failure of suppliers, internet failures, any act, regulation or law of any government, war, fire, theft, riot, embargoes, civil commotion, earthquake or storm, or epidemic (“Force Majeure”). The party claiming relief under this provision, shall notify the other party in writing of the event of Force Majeure causing delay or default in performance and the parties may either (i) extend the time for performance or (ii) terminate the uncompleted portion of the Services.
